    Heating Jackets

Why Heating?

Undesirable temperatures, cool spots etc. can lead to serious disruptions in many manufacturing processes involving gas and liquids. Gases are particularly sensitive to changes in pressure and temperature and may easily transform and react with other substances which can degrade manufacturing equipment as well as production. Problems related to cooling are condensation, sublimation, state transition to solid materials or other non-desirable chemical reactions coming from out of range temperatures.

Solution:

  • Our Heating Jackets solve these problems and offer the following advantages:
  • no degrading from cooling in manufacturing equipment or production
  • wide temperature range, up to 200°C (400°F)
  • PID controlled temperature (and not only on/off switching)
  • limited power consumption thanks to highly efficient insulation
  • minimum heat dissipation to surrounding air (saves on air conditioning)
  • precise fit to all components of the distribution system and no cool spots
  • simplified maintenance through instant removal and refitting
  • meets clean room requirements

Process Industry

Our heating jackets ensure correct temperatures for systems gas such as pumps, valves, tubes, pipes etc. A heated system related to buildup of solid material and thus lead to increased about heating.
